What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• conduct regular and random interior, exterior, parking, access-point, and perimeter patrols
• monitor property access and verify authorization
• report unauthorized activity
• respond calmly to incidents
• document observations and complete required reports
• communicate with property management and emergency responders as needed.

Why this role
