Professional Services Program Manager

What you'll do

• Own recurring program meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-through
• maintain the master roadmap, milestone tracker, and shared documentation
• align internal and customer-side workstreams
• monitor progress and course-correct when priorities or dates shift
• maintain risk, blocker, and action-item logs
• coordinate escalations with Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• prepare internal and customer-facing executive updates and summaries.
