What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, ambulation and transfers, dressing, meals, and snacks
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide hospice support, medication reminders, exercise assistance, and incontinence care as applicable
• use gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
