What you'll do

• Manage litigation files and case strategy

• draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery documents
• manage deadlines, client communications, and case preparation
• participate in hearings, mediations, appellate matters, and trials
• advise clients
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff
• travel periodically to proceedings and client locations.
