Associate Regional Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with property inspections, maintenance oversight, repairs, capital needs, and safety compliance
• manage a property directly when assigned
• support leasing, marketing, resident relations, and lease documentation
• assist with budgets and financial reports
• monitor expenses, invoices, and payroll
• guide and train onsite staff
• maintain property records and coordinate with internal departments and outside professionals.
