What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation according to preferences and care plans
• monitor and record vital signs and report health changes
• provide medication reminders and basic health-related tasks within state regulations
• offer companionship and emotional support
• maintain a safe, clean environment
• follow care plans and agency protocols
• and document services provided.
