Activities Assistant

What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing recreational activities
• assess and reassess participants’ functional status in relation to activities with the Recreation Therapist
• assist with non-skilled activities of daily living
• lead or assist with group and individual activities, exercise, arts and crafts, games, and current events
• help organize events and outings
• prepare and clean activity areas
• attend assigned care meetings
• assist with lunch service and participant arrivals as appropriate
• maintain supplies, equipment, charting, and reports.

Why this role
