What you'll do

• Plan, manage, and coordinate projects and timelines
• develop schedules and budgets
• support project quality standards and construction delivery-method selection
• prepare funding requests
• manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and other businesses
• monitor construction progress, quality, expenditures, delays, and risks
• prepare monthly progress reports
• oversee design and construction quality control
• inspect construction sites and prepare technical reports.
