Special Events Supervisor

What you'll do

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics
• provide on-site event support
• communicate with clients and team members
• assist with event-planning administration
• meet coordinators or clients before or on event day
• manage pre- and post-event checklists
• document issues and report them within 24 hours
• provide hospitality to clients, vendors, and guests
• conduct routine security checks and secure doors
• maintain event spaces and follow safety and security procedures.
