Job overview

The Home Health Aide (HHA) / Personal Care Aide (PCA) role provides in-home care across Rockland County, NY, with cases matched to the caregiver's preferred area and availability. What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• support activities of daily living
• assist with mobility and transfers
• prepare meals
• provide medication reminders as permitted
• perform light housekeeping related to client care
• offer companionship and emotional support
• observe and report changes in condition
• complete care documentation
• follow the established plan of care.
