What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain food safety policies and procedures
• conduct internal audits and inspections
• coordinate employee food safety training
• investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• collaborate with suppliers and vendors on raw material safety and quality
• maintain compliance records and reports
• and monitor regulatory changes and industry practices.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, nutrition, or a related field and at least three years of food safety, quality assurance, or related food industry experience. Knowledge of FDA, USDA, HACCP, and GMP regulations is required.
