The Class A CDL Truck Driver role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of $32–$34 per hour. The position is an over-the-road or regional role delivering hazardous-material chemicals for Pencco, Inc. The driver safely loads, transports, and delivers tanker products while meeting regulatory and company requirements. Accurate logs, inspections, paperwork, and prompt incident reporting support safe and reliable customer deliveries.

What you'll do

• Load and unload tanker products in compliance with company, terminal, government, and industry requirements
• transport loads over assigned routes
• maintain and certify daily Samsara ELD logs
• complete and transmit paperwork
• keep vehicle clean
• inspect trucks, equipment, and facilities
• report accidents, incidents, spills, and equipment concerns
• follow dispatch schedules and applicable regulations.

Why this role

Requires two years of Class A CDL experience, HazMat and tanker endorsements, at least six months of tanker experience, a manual-transmission DOT road test, and current medical certification. May require a TWIC credential. Drivers may be assigned a sleeper tractor and be out of town for 5–6 days; standard workdays are Monday–Sunday.
