What you'll do

• Set up breakfast from 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• arrange food-service equipment and furniture
• serve hot and cold breakfast items
• restock food and drinks
• assist with coffee
• answer guest questions
• bus and wipe tables
• maintain and break down breakfast stations
• put away dry food
• clean the lounge area
• perform scheduled stewarding duties, including washing dishes and kitchen equipment
• take out and sanitize trash cans.
