The Food Transportation Manager is a full-time, onsite role based in Whitfield, MS. This position supports the Healthcare segment at the Mississippi State Hospital. This role exists to coordinate daily activities between the culinary and transportation teams to ensure quality metrics and service standards are consistently achieved. The Manager provides leadership and support for food delivery logistics.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily operations between Culinary and Transportation departments to ensure quality and performance metrics are met.
• Monitor service execution and proactively identify and resolve operational issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client needs and offering effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with managers, team members, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
• Support food delivery logistics and transportation as needed, including driving a delivery van when required.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
