Telecom Technician

What you'll do

• Track inmate inquiries, grievances, complaints, and responses
• maintain PIN investigations
• assist facility investigative personnel with reporting
• coordinate site visits and materials delivery through facility security
• generate reports and provide limited training
• report phone system status and repairs
• repair or replace telephone sets
• assist with troubleshooting
• process replacement tablet requests and maintain equipment inventory.
