What you'll do

  • Coordinate compliance and QA/QC activities with project teams and contractors
  • review and consolidate construction reports for Canopy reporting
  • track schedules, inspections, billing milestones, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • review certified payroll and coordinate apparent deficiencies
  • manage Section 3 documentation, certification, labor-hour tracking, and reporting
  • conduct periodic site inspections and document progress and deficiencies
  • track punch-list and corrective-action items
  • maintain records, photographs, inspection documentation, and compliance files
  • train project personnel on documentation, Section 3, milestone tracking, and reporting
  • follow up on missing or incomplete information.
