What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize assigned confidentiality agreements, work orders, amendments, and software or SaaS agreements
• negotiate with third-party suppliers using established templates and playbooks
• manage concurrent assignments and timelines
• identify non-standard terms or risks and raise them to the contracting lead with options
• maintain assigned work in the contract lifecycle management system
• create purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba as assigned
• provide status updates to the contracting lead.

Why this role
