What you'll do

• Train, guide, and verify team members understand job requirements and are prepared to perform.
• Confirm parts meet print specifications and work-order instructions.
• Ensure work orders are completed on or ahead of schedule, meet monthly efficiency objectives, and achieve scrap-reduction targets.
• Conduct painting operations according to written SINTEL procedures and OSHA safety standards.
• Complete periodic employee performance reviews with actionable feedback.
