What you'll do

• Communicate patient and family needs to the healthcare team
• assist stable patients with ambulation under RN direction
• engage patients in activities
• assist with food trays and snacks under RN supervision
• receive and give shift reports
• inform the RN of behavior or status changes
• maintain clean, comfortable, and safe rooms
• complete required safety reporting and training.
