Water and Wastewater Estimator

Compensation is $0 per year. Water and Wastewater Estimator is an onsite role in Corpus Christi, TX. The role supports B&B Concrete’s pursuit and planning of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The estimator develops competitive project estimates and evaluates scope, constructability, risk, and cost. Close coordination with operations and project management helps prepare projects for execution from bid through handoff.

What you'll do

• Estimate treatment facilities, pump stations, process piping, and related infrastructure
• perform quantity takeoffs and price self-performed labor, materials, and equipment
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• assess phasing, logistics, constructability, and sequencing
• develop preliminary schedules
• identify risks and value-engineering opportunities
• participate in bid reviews
• prepare budgets and lead project handoffs
• support buyout after award.
