What you'll do

• determine appropriate delegated tasks in compliance with applicable laws and nursing regulations
• develop actions and outcomes for personal care and daily living assistance
• oversee delegated nursing tasks
• communicate status changes, referrals, and service discrepancies to the interdisciplinary team
• work independently and complete accurate documentation on time.
