What you'll do

• Co-own the regional AIVA number with the regional GM
• configure, build, and deploy AI agent solutions for strategic or complex accounts
• coach and upskill the regional forward deployed engineering team
• develop global playbooks, reference architectures, and deployment frameworks
• drive regional go-to-market execution and pipeline discipline
• run enablement sessions
• communicate field insights to Product and Engineering
• lead cross-functional initiatives to grow regional agent adoption.
