What you'll do

  • Serve as facility supervisor
  • support events through customer service, access control, setup, and cleaning
  • ensure guest and event safety and triage facilities issues
  • administer facility policies and procedures
  • address cleaning and maintenance issues and track work orders
  • oversee storage and student organization spaces
  • coordinate with campus facilities and space-planning partners
  • support student workers
  • use Google Workspace, event reservation software, and other technologies.

Why this role
