What you'll do

• Inspect properties in assigned ZIP codes
• take property photos and enter results using the industry phone app
• communicate when inspections cannot be completed by the due date
• meet client inspection expectations
• stay current with requirements
• redo incomplete inspections
• schedule inspections during daylight hours
• follow local safety requirements.
