Consumer Sales Associate

Job overview

The Consumer Sales Associate role is an onsite, full-time position in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Compensation is $13–$14 per hour. The role is part of the Retail Sales department and supports customers purchasing and activating One Communications products. The associate guides customers through product and service choices, provides basic equipment setup and support, and helps meet sales objectives. The role also supports store operations through merchandising, inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Sell company products, service plans, devices, equipment, and accessories
• meet monthly sales targets and quotas
• provide connectivity solutions and basic device setup
• assist with tech-assisted services and contracted repairs
• help customers select, troubleshoot, or replace equipment
• maintain customer relationships and store displays
• complete opening and closing paperwork and sales reports
• participate in channel sales initiatives
• support merchandising, inventory management, marketing execution, and loss prevention.
