What you'll do

• Conduct needs-based conversations and meet assigned service and sales goals
• manage member relationships
• recommend solutions and refer members to specialists
• open accounts and process loan and mortgage applications, servicing requests, debit cards, deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine transactions
• participate in audits, cash settlements, ATM and cash recycler tasks, and branch opening and closing
• resolve member issues
• follow security and compliance policies
• train and coach less experienced team members
• maintain Notary Public status.
