What you'll do

• Process onboarding and maintenance requests for treasury management products and services
• respond to inquiries and escalations
• serve as a subject matter expert in treasury management operations
• complete work within service-level agreements
• review reports and transactions for accuracy and compliance
• develop procedures, job aids, and training materials
• handle complex requests and sweep accounts
• coordinate with other departments
• identify process improvements
• support daily team operations and training.
