The Seasonal Program Facilitator — Northern Kentucky role is onsite in Erlanger, Kentucky, with fieldwork in specified Northern Kentucky counties and occasional time at the Erlanger office. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The role supports Girl Scouts Wilderness Road Council’s programming and access to Girl Scouting for girls in grades K–12. The facilitator delivers hands-on Girl Scout Leadership Experience activities through community partnerships and mobile programming, helping girls build leadership skills and earn badges and patches. The role also supports safe, inclusive sessions through preparation, relationship-building, documentation, and program evaluation.

What you'll do

• Deliver hands-on programming for girls in grades K–12, including sessions using program vans
• facilitate activities aligned with Girl Scout Leadership Experience curricula and Council goals
• prepare lesson plans, materials, supplies, and equipment
• support girls working toward badges and patches
• maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment
• monitor engagement and outcomes
• track attendance and submit reports
• communicate with caregivers, volunteers, staff, and community partners
• support events and outreach
• promote Council programs and mission
• maintain confidential records and follow safety policies.
