The Infant Toddler Teacher role is onsite in Groveland, MA, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. Magical Beginnings’ Groveland center supports infants and toddlers through care focused on their development and learning. The teacher leads a classroom and supports children’s developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities, daily care, and progress tracking. The role also works closely with a co-teacher and families to maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive classroom.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with a co-teacher on curriculum, lesson plans, materials, and newsletters
• communicate with parents through Class Dojo and classroom boards
• maintain a clean, safe classroom
• lead age-appropriate activities
• support play, outdoor supervision, toileting, diapering, meals, and naps
• follow the classroom schedule
• track progress and complete developmental assessments
• maintain EEC professional development hours and PQ registry
• attend monthly staff meetings.

Why this role

Requires EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience, plus daycare experience.
