What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and account strategies
• conduct account reviews
• present product solutions, microelectronics capabilities, and engineering services
• prepare quotes and manage sales orders
• coordinate supplier purchase orders, changes, and expediting
• collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing
• meet sales targets and forecasts
• negotiate pricing and terms
• address customer issues and quality inquiries
• maintain customer data and records in the ERP system
• support QMS improvement.
