What you'll do

• Respond to employee questions about benefits, policies, payroll, leave, and workplace concerns
• coordinate recruiting
• manage onboarding and offboarding
• maintain and audit HRIS records
• administer benefits enrollment, leave, and workers’ compensation documentation
• verify payroll information
• support employment law compliance, employee relations, engagement, training, performance reviews, and HR reporting.
