What you'll do

• Answer medical questions by phone
• triage and see patients promptly
• gather history, presenting complaint, vitals, and examination findings
• conduct physical examinations and diagnostic measures such as ultrasound, x-rays, bloodwork, and biopsies
• diagnose conditions and create treatment plans
• discuss options and estimates with customers
• maintain medical records
• perform emergency surgeries and endoscopic procedures
• educate customers on aftercare and prevention where appropriate.
