This role exists to build and lead a world-class asset reliability system. The director owns the end-to-end asset reliability strategy, including maintenance transformation and reliability engineering, to ensure sustained performance and stability for new initiatives.
What you'll do
- Define and lead plant-wide reliability strategy.
- Own KPIs including MTBF and MTTR.
- Lead maintenance teams and shift from reactive to preventive maintenance.
- Ensure all new equipment launches include maintenance strategies.
- Support large-scale initiatives by aligning reliability and technical readiness.
