• Build and maintain PowerShell scripts and endpoint automations
• support workstation and laptop setup, software deployment, patching, monitoring, and remediation
• help administer RMM and endpoint management tools
• monitor alerts and troubleshoot agent, device, and deployment issues
• test automations and maintain technical documentation
• identify repetitive tasks for automation
• support endpoint inventory, security remediation, and platform health.
