What you'll do

• Execute technical integration activities according to approved architecture, migration plans, and standards
• migrate platforms including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive to Box
• support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 tenant migrations
• integrate identity and access systems
• support endpoint deployment and Azure activities
• coordinate with acquired-company IT teams, stakeholders, consultants, and vendors
• follow cutover, validation, rollback, and hypercare processes
• troubleshoot migration issues
• support security and IT-management platform integration
• document environments, activities, risks, and status
• improve playbooks, checklists, scripts, and automation
• escalate risks and blockers.
