Job overview

The Lead Team Member position is an onsite role located in Carlisle, PA. Compensation is not specified beyond a shift differential of $1.50/hr for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, supporting the operations of a Sheetz convenience store location. This role exists to provide leadership by example to store team members, ensuring high-energy customer service and operational excellence. The lead member is responsible for mentoring staff, managing product inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.

• Welcome customers with top-tier service, prepare quality food and beverages to specification, mentor and coach team members, manage product ordering and merchandising, and maintain store and kitchen cleanliness.
