What you'll do

• Develop and implement organization-wide learning strategy
• ensure training complies with organizational policies, DFPS standards, federal and grant requirements, and COA standards
• identify training needs with internal partners
• oversee required training completion and records
• modernize curricula and learning methods
• supervise and develop training staff
• evaluate training effectiveness
• oversee orientation and professional development programs, the annual training calendar, and LMS
• support budget and vendor management
• and represent the agency in community training partnerships.
