Commercial Cleaner, Part Time is an onsite role in Springdale, AR. The hourly pay rate is $16.70. The schedule is four days per week: Thursday and Friday, 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. The role maintains cleanliness in assigned building areas for CBRE Government Services. The cleaner performs routine custodial work, replenishes restroom supplies, and follows established cleaning procedures. The work helps keep high-traffic areas and shared spaces clean, orderly, and supplied.

What you'll do

• Clean designated high-traffic areas
• stock restrooms with paper products and soap
• sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, and elevators
• dust furniture, walls, and equipment
• clean windows and glass
• secure cleaning supplies
• follow standardized cleaning processes and procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment
• attend staff meetings and required training.
