What you'll do

• Lead construction management activities
• represent the client in the field
• supervise field office staff and inspectors
• oversee inspections for contract, safety, and quality compliance
• coordinate contractors, utilities, agencies, and stakeholders
• monitor schedule, budget, and progress
• review payment applications and change requests
• prepare project reports and documentation
• lead progress meetings
• support constructability reviews and risk identification.
