What you'll do

• Set up and maintain customer data in the POS system, including contact information, customer category, salesperson, and card-on-file details when applicable
• mail monthly statements
• track payment status and overdue balances and follow up with customers
• collaborate with the Catering Event Manager to verify sales-order line items and event charges
• support timely payment according to management’s terms
• review outstanding balances monthly with finance, catering, and sales colleagues
• resolve errors and vendor inquiries promptly.
