What you'll do

• Prepare and process purchase orders
• monitor inventory and assist with replenishment
• maintain purchasing records for pricing, vendors, freight, and order history
• verify shipments and reconcile deliveries with purchase orders
• request vendor pricing and compare quotes
• coordinate requests and approvals with internal departments
• communicate with vendors and maintain vendor documentation
• provide order and inventory updates
• generate reports and maintain files
• participate in meetings, training, and continuous improvement
• perform related administrative duties.
