Senior Medical Monitor

The Senior Medical Monitor role is fully remote in the United States; compensation is not specified. The medical monitor provides clinical oversight and safety expertise across studies, reviewing participant and safety data and guiding safety analysis and reporting. This work supports study teams and sponsors in evaluating risks and preparing accurate regulatory materials.

What you'll do

• Provide medical oversight for Phase I–IV trials and observational studies
• review eligibility, protocol deviations, adverse events, laboratory data, vital signs, and other safety data
• support clinical study documents
• respond to investigator and site safety inquiries
• participate in monitoring committees and cross-functional meetings
• review adverse event reports
• guide safety coding, analysis, signal generation, cumulative safety monitoring, and regulatory reporting
• review safety sections of regulatory submissions.
