Seasonal Program Assistant

What you'll do

• Provide supportive customer service and referrals
• serve meals in compliance with ServSafe regulations
• communicate program expectations and maintain records
• perform front desk and check-in duties
• maintain accurate guest and visitor counts
• conduct safety checks
• mediate conflicts
• respond to medical or safety emergencies and communicate urgent concerns through the chain of command.
