What you'll do

• Organize and supervise direct services
• hire and schedule staff and arrange substitute coverage
• assist clients with appointments and cover shifts when needed
• train staff and raise concerns to supervisors
• facilitate monthly staff meetings
• approve timesheets, purchase orders, and mileage sheets
• support individual support plans
• liaise with families and service providers
• maintain client records
• attend annual reviews
• help meet medical, financial, shopping, transportation, and meal-planning needs
• conduct weekly site visits
• complete monthly billing
• maintain phone coverage and handle emergencies.
