What you'll do

• Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks and provide beverage service.
• Maintain bar supplies and inventory, inspect the bar before opening, and keep the bar area, glassware, and equipment clean.
• Collect payment, greet guests, monitor their experience, and recognize regulars.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests.
• Perform assigned cleanup and closing duties.
