The Substitute Instructor / Paraprofessional — Autism Education role is onsite in Oviedo, FL, with pay of $14–$16.50 per hour. Alpine Academy serves students with autism ages 5 to 22 using an Applied Behavior Analysis approach. The instructor assists the teacher in managing the classroom and delivering instruction aligned with students’ Individual Education Programs and Behavior Intervention Plans. The role contributes to student learning, progress tracking, supervision, and safety in collaboration with teachers, curriculum specialists, the school director, and the BCBA.

- Assist the teacher with classroom management
- implement direct instruction and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed by the teacher and BCBA
- collect daily student progress data
- maintain student supervision and safety
- collaborate with school personnel
- attend and participate in weekly staff meetings when scheduled on a Monday.
