The School-Based Special Education Paraprofessional role is onsite in Clearfield, PA, and pays $8–$13 per hour. Pediatric Developmental Services provides teachers and pediatric therapists to public school districts, charter schools, and communities. The paraprofessional supports students’ Individualized Education Plans and classroom learning through individualized reinforcement, academic and behavioral support, and communication with staff and families. The role contributes to a safe, productive classroom and helps students work toward their educational goals.
