What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom that reflects students’ families, cultures, and communities
• facilitate children’s emotional, social, and developmental growth
• create and implement inclusive, active-learning curriculum
• assign and monitor assistants, volunteers, interns, and students
• track developmental progress through observation and data collection
• maintain supervision and licensing ratios
• support NAEYC accreditation, BrightStars, and applicable state licensing requirements.
