What you'll do

• Perform and process point-of-care testing and venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children
• assist with daily department operations
• prepare staff schedules and update coverage
• distribute workload
• troubleshoot issues with technicians and clinic staff with the supervisor
• monitor work efficiency
• help establish onboarding for new employees
• maintain testing carts and supplies
• sort timed specimen requisitions
• adapt care communication to patient needs
