What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and monitor participant health and behavioral risks
• develop and monitor individualized clinical protocols
• ensure changes in condition are escalated appropriately
• serve as a clinical resource to staff
• participate in prospective participant assessments and admissions reviews
• oversee clinical aspects of admissions, transfers, hospital returns, and discharges
• support PCP and Behavior Support Plan implementation and training
• monitor clinical documentation and staff compliance
• oversee medication administration systems, records, audits, and corrective actions.
